Shipping
We only charge for the actual shipping cost of your order to your business. Drop shipping orders will be charged a handling fee along with the actual shipping cost.

Shipping charges will be added after your order has been received.

Once your order has been received it will be shipped within 3 business days. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock.

Packages will be shipped via the most economical shipper, unless notified of a special request.

Minimum first order for tiles is $150.00 and thereafter $100.00.

Minimum first order for teak furniture is $500.00 and thereafter $100.00.

Our wholesale application and a copy of your state tax exemption form must be faxed or mailed before your first order is shipped.

Orders that do not have a state sales tax exempt form will be charged an $8.00 service fee per order and MA residents will also be charged local state sales tax.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock you will have the opportunity to order a replacement, cancel the order or to wait for the merchandise to arrive.

Payment
We accept Visa / MasterCard, money orders and checks. If for any reason a check is returned there will be a $39.00 Returned Check Fee. Sorry, we do not offer Net Terms.
